About the business and the role

We are looking for a passionate and driven Speech Pathologist to join our fun and dynamic team. Whether you are an experienced speechie or a new-grad, we are willing to provide you with a supportive environment to help achieve work-life balance and growth. 

We have just moved into our brand new clinic which is over 320m2. It has 2 rehab spaces and 8 treatment rooms and it even has a bank vault!!  We are on a mission to create a massive impact in our community but we can't do it alone! We need committed individuals that are willing to take on that challenge.

Job tasks and responsibilities

 - Provide assessment & therapy to a paediatric, adult or mixed caseload in the areas of speech, language, social communication & AAC.

Liaise with families, case managers, GPs, teachers and other professional to improve clinical outcomes and enhance client journey. 

- Report writing

- Use a holistic approach when working with clients to deliver the most effective and appropriate service.

Requirements

- A degree in Speech Pathology

- SPA registration and professional indemnity insurance

- A current, Australian driver’s license & car

- Able to demonstrate clinical reasoning and a commitment to evidence based practice when working with clients.

- Able to manage a busy caseload

- Empathetic, caring and willing to go the extra mile for our patients

- Fantastic at building relationships with strong interpersonal skills

- Wanting to grow and develop as a speech pathologist with a focus on long term 

- Be a team player
