Suntory Global Spirits are a leading global premium spirits company with a unique portfolio of whisky brands from around the world. Part of this portfolio is a number of iconic Scotch & Irish whiskies, including the iconic Laphroaig Islay Single Malt and the highly revered and collectible Bowmore Single Malt. We have a new opportunity for a Marketing Administrator, working and supporting our Global Brand House team for the Scotch & Irish Whisky brands.

Role Responsibilities

• Support of the PR/PO process, ensuring PO's are efficiently raised, receipted, and captured for budgeting purposes
• Organization of large meetings/events - issue invite, co-ordinate agenda, booking venues, etc
• Support to inbound visits from local markets (coming to Scotland) - e.g. venue booking and local activities
• Support to Brand House team on travel booking/planning as required
• Organize and co-ordinate the dispatch of product samples as required, including in support of awards entry submissions
• Organize and co-ordinate the dispatch of merchandise and/or POS items as required
• Provide support on archive administration - e.g. sending archive items for storage
• Management of digital asset library resources - ensuring they are updated with latest imagery and sending files when requested
• Office co-ordination support - ensuring smooth running of the Global Brand House offices
