ASE is looking for an Administrative Support Representative to join our member during their busy enrollment season. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for many clients, providing exceptional customer service while supporting Under-65 insurance team with administrative and enrollment-related activities.
This position is ideal for someone who is positive, professional, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering a white-glove customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients, agents, and team members
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to general Under-65 insurance inquiries
- Route calls to the appropriate team members when needed
- Learn and become knowledgeable about enrollment timelines, including:
- Open Enrollment
- Special Enrollment Periods
- Qualifying Life Events
- Assist with policy service requests by working with insurance carriers and the Federally Facilitated Marketplace
- Send intake forms and enrollment materials to new clients
- Schedule appointments and assign clients to the appropriate agent
- Update and maintain client information within the database
- Support agents with enrollment activities and post-enrollment follow-up
- Assist with simple policy renewals and other administrative projects
- Prepare documents, compile records, and provide general office support
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Some college coursework preferred
- Previous benefits or insurance experience is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service mindset and professional phone presence
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems and processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Quick learner with a positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Self-starter who takes initiative and follows through on tasks

Seasonal, Non-Exempt Position
Employment Dates: September 8th - December 31
Additional hours may be required during peak enrollment periods to meet client needs and ensure outstanding service
